Work created for the itinerant exhibition Toccaunotoccatutti in support of textile workers in the city of Prato, and the trade Union SiCobas Prato.
A children's rocking chair, colorful and inviting, makes us believe that everyone can access the "game," but the mechanism is rigged and does not allow us to compare equal demands. On one end rests a heavy and threatening tome, the original of the criminal trial records in the Texprint trial, a Prato textile company. The accused workers and union are being asked for stratospheric compensation for interfering with the company's operations by going on strike. A very serious precedent, this is the first time a union has been charged. A short time ago, however, it was acquitted of these charges after a long court struggle. Fixed swing is the formalized paradox of justice, a broken scale.
